Incepted in the year 1989, Sharp Batteries & Allied Industries Limited is one of the prominent organizations engaged in manufacturing and supplying of optimum quality roto-molded products such as storage system, material handling products, solid waste handling system, road safety devices, food storage products and general utility products. Initially, we are recognized as one of the few companies engaged in manufacturing dry batteries for transportation & other applications. Since 2004, the company has come up with a new venture of manufacturing Lead Acid Battery and also planning to pierce into the OEM market in the near future.
Our mentor, Harveen Saini has a wide industrial experience in the related field and has been the driving force for the success of our company. His commitment has helped us in leading the business on ethical grounds, enabling us to safeguard our clients across the globe.
Supported by state-of-the-art manufacturing unit located in Mumbai along with in-house quality and research and development department we have been able to offer these products that are at par with IS. We are also the first and only ISI marked plastic pallet manufacturer in India.
We are supported by a dedicated team whose ardent effort helps us in offering qualitative wire products in stipulated time frame. To augment the expediency of our clients and to optimize the performance of our efficient systems, we have garnered a wide servicing network across the country. |

Our entire gamut is fabricated using qualitative raw material sourced from reliable vendors. The products we offer are categorized as storage system, material handling, solid waste handling system, road safety devices, food storage and general utility products.
In our range of storage system we offer Loft Tank, Vertical Tank and Chemical Tank and others. The range of material handling comprises Wheel Barrows.
Processing Container, Pallet and many more. We offer Easy Bin, Nestable / Stackable Container, Ghamela and others that comes under the category of solid waste handling system. Our array of road safety devices consists of Traffic Cones.
Traffic Fence, Channeliser and many others. The food storage range encompasses Dry Icebox, Insulated Container and Milk Can. In general utility products we offer Display Stand, Lamp Fittings, Play Equipments- Slide and others.

We have developed infrastructure where we make use of cutting edge technology to manufacture our array of roto-molded products. Our manufacturing unit is spread over a sprawling area with an adequate installed capacity. The unit is segregated into different sections such as designing, manufacturing and others for achieving an effective production process to meet the requirement at stipulated time frame. All the units are facilitated with sophisticated machines that are required for the successful production of desired range. Some of the machines installed in our manufacturing unit are as follows:

We also have an in-house design unit with CAD/CAM, which has the responsibility of creating an innovative and customer specific product. The above mentioned machines are inspected on a regular basis in order to avoid any discrepancies during the manufacturing process.

Infact, we are the first and only Indian company known as ISI marked plastic pallet manufacturer. For our range of water tanks we possess ISI mark under IS: 12701& IS: 7276 for plastic Pallet.
The raw materials used in the manufacture of our roto-molded products undergo chemical and mechanical testing from approved labs as per quality plans. Our quality analysts continuously conduct dimensional inspection according to control charts and process plans to ensure that our entire range conforms to industry standards. The finished products are tested on various parameters such as:

In addition, the finalized metal parts and hinges are also checked as per customer’s drawing or quality plans.
